I'm hoping this is something that can be fixed. I have a track that for some reason recently all the tracks will cut out for a second in random spots, the Reason drum track keeps playing fine though. If I rewind it to that spot, it will play fine. The only thing I can think that might be causing the problem was when I went to load the track a week ago, both Cubase and Reason had the BPM changed and was out of whack so I had to manually find the BPM I was using. Is my track damaged or can I cut and paste the pieces into a new track or something??

Re: Gremlins in the mix
Wed, January 30, 2008 - 8:57 AMIt sounds like it might be a sync problem between Cubase and Reason (or lack of sync to be specific).
I don't run the two together, so I'm not sure the sync options you have... but I would start looking there. Doublecheck your rewire connections.
There are other options, too, but thats my first guess.

Re: Gremlins in the mix
Thu, January 31, 2008 - 5:22 PMIts not a step up problem as its worked fine for hundreds of tracks and I've changed nothing. It seems to cut out at peak volume times, almost like its too much for it to handle. Even though I've got the levels down to the point where it shouldn't peak out. -
